☀️ Afternoon
Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)
Hawa Mahal, Jaipur
Jaipur's most iconic landmark, a five-story pink sandstone façade with 953 intricately latticed windows, originally designed to let royal women observe street life unseen.
The best photo of the full façade is from a rooftop café directly across the street, not from inside the building itself.
🌙 Evening
Dinner in the old city
Old City, Jaipur
Jaipur's old walled city, painted in its distinctive pink hue since 1876 in honour of a royal visit, comes alive in the evening with food stalls and bustling bazaars.
